Today at The Graffiti Bridge, a brand-new mural went up for the upcoming Pensacola Pickles & Wings Family Festival, bringing loud colors, cartoon characters, and full-on Florida festival vibes to one of Pensacola’s most recognizable landmarks.
The mural features smiling pickle and wing characters surrounded by palm trees, beachy skies, flames, and bold graffiti-inspired lettering designed to catch the attention of passing traffic. On the far side wall, a simple message reads:
“HONK IF YOU LOVE PICKLES”
which immediately started getting reactions from drivers throughout the day.

The event is shaping up to be one of the Gulf Coast’s more unique food festivals, combining crispy wings, pickle-inspired creations, food trucks, local makers, artists, live entertainment, contests, games, and family activities into a full-day downtown celebration.
Festival organizers are transforming Seville Square into a massive community gathering packed with food, music, costumes, carnival-style fun, and plenty of over-the-top pickle energy. The historic downtown park shaded beneath massive oak trees and just steps from Pensacola Bay will serve as the backdrop for the one day event.
And it’s not just locals paying attention.
Visitors from across the Gulf Coast are already planning trips into Pensacola for the festival, with people expected from surrounding areas including Mobile, Destin, Orange Beach, Gulf Breeze, Navarre, Foley, Milton, Daphne, Fairhope, and beyond.
For one Saturday, Seville Square will basically become the center of the pickle-and-wing universe.
Whether you’re showing up for the food, the contests, the costumes, or just the chaos of it all, this looks like it’s going to bring a lot of energy to downtown Pensacola.
